General Terms and Conditions applicable to Use of a Web Site.

13. Return and Refund Policy

a. All returns require a Return Material Authorization. Contact customer service at info@acelamedical.com or 770-371-8661 to request an RMA.

b. After receiving the RMA, place the item securely in a package with the RMA and return to us. We recommend that you use a trackable method to ship your return.

c. Unused goods may be returned for credit within 60 days of purchase. Restocking fees may apply if repackaging is necessary.

d. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your return.

14. Payment Methods

Acela Medical accepts the following forms of payment: check, cash, ACH transfers, international wires, and Discover, Visa, and MasterCard credit cards. Credit card payments should be limited to less than $1000.

15. Miscellaneous. This Agreement, and if applicable, the Rental Contract or Lease Contract, contain the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior understandings of the parties hereto relating to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement may not be modified, nor may any provision be waived, except by an instrument in writing, signed by both parties.
